So much had changed since the days of those around the bend fad diets, give thanks goodness!

Looking back it is so obvious to me that I could have lost all my weight in half the time and get a running super star if knew what I know today about nutrition and exercise.
But I was a fresh college kid and I thought I knew it all.
In my mid twenties I became much healthier in my diet and exercise habits.
I started running half marathons, then a entire marathon and competed in a ton of triathlons.
Even got a few trophies!
